Service Fees

DISCLAIMER: PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE. CLIENTS WITH EXISTING BOOKINGS WILL NOT BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL FEES, BUT SESSIONS BOOKED AFTER FEE CHANGE WILL BE CHARGED UPDATED FEES.

  • A 30-minute phone or video consultation for prospective clients of Canine Refined, providing an opportunity for a detailed discussion with our trainer before completing an application.

  • 60-minute at-home consultation for clients whose applications to work with Canine Refined have been approved. If the dog has assistance dog experience, the session may occur in a pet-friendly location such as Bunnings. A travel fee may apply for locations beyond 30 minutes from the trainer. Includes a 60-minute session with the trainer and a session report.

  • A 60-minute training session in pet-friendly or public access locations within 30 minutes of our trainer. Includes a 60-minute session with the trainer and a detailed session report.

  • A 60-minute training session in pet-friendly or public access locations outside of a 30-minute travel radius from our trainer. A travel fee may apply based on the service location. Includes a session report.

  • A one-time fee is charged to all clients upon approval of their application. This fee, requested after your application is approved, grants you full access to all of our resources and the client portal.

  • Online clients must submit videos for assessment by our trainer. Following the review, you will receive feedback and a report, which will be explained during a 30 minute video consultation.

  • A 60-minute training session held in pet-friendly or public access locations, where the client will have someone assist by holding their recording device during a video call with the trainer.

  • The Public Access Test (PAT) assesses whether a dog meets the minimum standards for safe and effective public access. Upon passing, clients receive a copy of the test and a certificate of completion. (Travel fees may apply if outside of 30 minute range)

  • If an assistance dog does not pass the Public Access Test, clients can schedule a retake after a minimum of 4 weeks from the initial test.

  • The trainer provides a comprehensive letter addressed to the recipient of the client's choice, along with three detailed training reports.

  • This service encompasses various forms of communication, including phone calls, emails, and letter writing. Pricing may vary based on the level of communication required.
